All land parcels submitted by sellers remain in 'Pending' status until examined and approved by Platform Administrators. Sellers must have legal standing (owner, authorized relative, licensed promoter, or power of attorney holder) to list property.
Sellers are legally liable for the authenticity of land area, boundary markings, survey numbers, water rights, and unencumbered titles posted on this application. Any fraudulent submission will lead to immediate account suspension and blacklisting.
The property matching engine generates compatibility recommendations based on algorithmic scores (0–100%). Scores provide decision assistance and do not constitute an appraisal, warranty, or formal agreement. Buyers and sellers are required to conduct independent physical inspections and advocate legal opinion.
Promotion terms, site coordinator facilitation fees, and deal closure commissions are governed by written service level contracts executed between respective parties and the platform management.
